Smile & Move.

Very cool video I found.

What if we did?

A new puppy!

Zippy short for (Zippididoodadidibopdadowahdiddy), went to the vet yesterday for her one year shots, and to have her ear checked. She’s been bothered by something in her ear and going crazy chasing her tail, scratching her ear, hissing, the whole thing. well, we walked in to find the Seven Dwarfs. The Seven Dwarfs were a litter of seven Jack Russell/Boston Terrier mix puppies that had been abandoned, and the vet was adopting them for a $25 donation. If you know about the almost adoption of the Chocolate lab/Dachsund mix about 3 months ago, you know that it broke my heart when they decided to keep Reagan and not let us adopt her. I had already bought toys! So when I saw this face I was done for. He is now asleep squeezed in beside me in the chair. If I get out of sight he whines until I come back.

Now he just needs a name! Suggest a name and win a session in the studio if we pick yours!

The Patel Family

Mrs. Patel called me last week to see if I would be able to make a family portrait for her family. The last one was 10 years ago, when her 9 year old son wasn’t even born. Family came from South Carolina, Tennessee, and India, and met in Peachtree City. We made these images at their home. They wanted me to bring a background, and I did.

But there was this awesome red and white wall that made a great background for me. I love these colors.

This is the couple that started this family. They traveled from India to visit their children and grandchildren.

Their granddaughter has these awesome eyes, and I had to make one portrait of her that really shows them off.

Great time with a great family. I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did!

Mrs. Holcombe’s 80th Birthday Portrait

Marcia Pundsack called me to see if I would make a portrait of her Mother, in honor of her 80th birthday. Um…You bet! I love making these images, especially when you include the children, like we did here with Laura, Sandra, and Marcia. They were a ball to work with. One of them is the serious one, one is the fun one, and one is the one in charge.

I’m not telling who’s who.
