Vive Mexico! Or something like that.

I’m not sure I explained why we went to Mexico in the first place. June 29th was the 25th anniversary for Allyson and I, and I wanted to do something special for her. BUt June was packed. We were in Tennessee for 8 days with the Frontline choir, and then Sarah and I were in Daytona for 5 days with our HS youth. So I planned a surprise trip for Allyson and I to beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It’s on the Pacific coast in the Bay of Banderas. The hotel was awesome. It was a 2 story open air lobby, with a huge parrot cage and some great art. Tile floors everywhere. Brick paths throughout the property, line with coconut trees, and others. A reflection pool in the garden area. Very nice. Some random pics from our trip –

What a long day. But….

totally a great one. We took a 8 hour tour of Puerto Vallarta, and the surrounding area. Just some pics for now, and narrative later. It’s late, it’s still hot, and I’ve got to be up early for a 2 mile trip through the jungle canopy on zip lines.
